If your purchase is not working for you, you may notify us and return the item at your expense with 10 business days of receiving the order (Not included with limited release items). Any returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking Fee.
Why we charge a restocking fee? Our Credit card processing company charges a fee for every transaction processed. Even if we refund you the initial charge, we still are charged a fee.
Merchandise may be exchanged with an original sales receipt when the items are:
- Unworn, in original condition;
- Returned with price tags still attached (if the returned item is apparel or accessories);
- Returned in their original undamaged box (if the returned item is footwear); and
- Returned within 10 days* of the original purchase.
- In the event of a returned packaged, the customer is responsible for shipping item back to Eight One. Eight One will not provide a return label.
- Returned items may be exchanged or you may opt for store credit.
We reserve the right to limit exchanges.
