Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Will you be restocking any of your custom New Era hats soon? Restocks take a minimum of 2-3 months (once we place order) to receive from New Era unless the order was previously placed. We currently do not have plans to restock any of our previous drops. 
  2. I selected in store pick up, when can I pick up my order? We process online orders sequentially as they are received and we typically process within 24-48 hours after the order is received (not including Sundays and holidays). Once your order is ready, you will receive an automated email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. You can pick up your order anytime during our normal business hours of 12-7pm M-Sat. Please note orders might experience a slight delay in processing for limited release product. 
  3. My item was damaged or lost during transit by the courier service, what should I do? Please contact the courier service and initiate a claim. We will assist where we can. Once claim has been approved by courier and documentation has been received, we will issue a refund or store credit. Note, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by courier during transit.
  4. Does Eight One buy shoes?
    We no longer buy shoes and are no longer a resell shop. We are a traditional retail footwear, headwear, and apparel business.
  5. Does Eight One take in consignment shoes?
    No, we no longer accept consignment shoes.
  6. Does Eight One trade shoes?
    No, we do not accept trades.
  7. Do the prices include sales tax?
    No, all prices listed do not include sales tax. Sales tax only applicable to Texas customers.
  8. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept, cash, credit, debit and also online payment via the website.
